SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Log in to your limecrimemakeup.com account and check under ‘Order Status’.

Awaiting Fulfillment: We’ve received your order, payment cleared and it is waiting to be staged for shipment.

Awaiting Shipment: We’ve printed your packing slip and are assembling a shipper carton, picking the items for your order, printing postage, etc.

Pending: There was an issue with your order that Customer Care needs to resolve before sending it out. Requests to combine multiple orders, payment errors, insufficient address, etc can all be the reason for the Pending status.

Shipped: Your order is out the door and on its way. Yay!

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Log in to your limecrimemakeup.com account. If your Order Status is marked as “Shipped” and you’re in the U.S., there will be a USPS tracking # listed (track your package via usps.com). PLEASE NOTE: there is usually a *24-hour delay* in USPS inputting your package into their system, so if there is no info currently with USPS please check again the following day. International customers will see the Customs Declaration Number in the tracking field.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE IF I’M OUT OF THE USA?
The number you are using is actually a customs assigned number.  You will not be able to see updated tracking information using that number.  Unfortunately, we do not have tracking on our international packages.  Most orders arrive within two weeks but may take up to six weeks.  It really just depends on customs.

 

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING?
No, but we suggest that you do so you can check the status of your order and review past purchases!

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit Cards and PayPal (secure transactions). We are unable to accept cash or checks at this time.

 

OH NO! IT SAYS 'SOLD OUT'!
Unless marked "Limited Edition", all out of stock items will be restocked. Look for an Estimated Restock Date on individual product pages.

 

ARE LIME CRIME PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
Never! We are all animals lovers and make sure that all our cosmetics and ingredients are cruelty-free. Here's to looking beautiful without the guilt!

 

ARE LIME CRIME PRODUCTS VEGAN?
We believe that everyone deserves to look good, regardless of the lifestyle. That is why we are dedicated to developing vegan-friendly cosmetics. Check the ingredient deck to verify which products are suitable for you.

I’M ALLERGIC TO SOY AND/OR GLUTEN, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
We are happy to let you know that our Lipstick, Lip Gloss, Velvetines, Eyeshadows, Eyeliners, Glitters, and Nail Polishes are free of gluten and soy.

Lime Crime has partnered with
Naimie's Beauty Center for a Pro Program for working makeup artists in the U.S. and Canada. To be considered, apply here. We do not have an international program at the moment.
