Do you ship to my country? How much is the shipping?
We ship worldwide via USPS. Our flat shipping rates are as follows: 
US: $5.95 | Canada: $6.95 | Everywhere else: $10.95

Shipping is free on orders over $100, including international.

Do you offer Express shipping?
Not at this time, sorry.

I just placed an order. When can I expect my stuff?
Domestic: 3-7 days. You can track your order by logging into your account. International: normally takes 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards and PayPal (secure transactions). We are unable to accept cash or checks at this time.

Does Lime Crime test on animals?
No. We are animal lovers and would never allow animal testing! Lime Crime cosmetics are certified cruelty-free and never tested on animals, ever.

Is Lime Crime a vegan makeup line?
Most of our products are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients and are therefore suitable for vegans. Eyeshadow Helper does contain beeswax, making it our only non-vegan product. As a company who promotes kindness and compassion towards animals, we strive to continue developing vegan-friendly cosmetics so that everyone can feel beautiful!
