What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards and PayPal (secure transactions). At this time we are unable to accept cash or checks.

Will you ship to my country? How much is the shipping?
We ship USPS and have flat shipping rates to anywhere in the world. Shipping is free on all orders over $100, including international.
US: $5 | Canada: $7 | Everywhere else: $10

I got my order but I'm not entirely happy with it. What to do?
Your satisfaction means the world to us. Please email us at sales @ limecrimemakeup.com and we'll do our best to fix it! You may also review our Return Policy.

I just placed an order. When can I expect my stuff?
Domestic orders take 3-7 days. International normally takes 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. If you didn't receive your order, please contact us with Order # in the subject line at sales @ limecrimemakeup.com.

Do you offer Express shipping?
Not at this time, sorry.

Do you offer samples?
At this time, samples are reserved for press and distributors only.

How pigmented is your makeup?
Very! We pride ourselves in offering only the most vivid, long-lasting, professional quality cosmetics. Our slogan says it all: "So bright, it's illegal!"

How accurate are depictions of colors?
We strive to provide the best color swatches possible. In addition to photos of the product, we also supply detailed descriptions of each shade. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings. Let us know if you have any questions prior to placing your order and we'll be happy to answer them for you!

Do you test on animals?
No. Doe Deere is an animal lover and would never allow for animal testing!

Is your makeup vegan?
Most Magic Dusts are, including the reds. Pink Poodle and Diva contain carmine - you can learn more about carmine here. Our lipsticks are free from all animal products except beeswax.

How do I remove this makeup?
Any makeup remover solution, baby wipes, or simply soap & water!

Is your product sold by weight or by volume?
