They were all staring at her, whispering scandalous things behind their hands as she passed. She didn’t care. She was known as Countessa Fluorescent: artist, model, performer, and - most importantly - international jewel thief. Her reputation as the most dangerous woman alive overshadowed her every move. But that didn’t matter. All that mattered was that massive diamond at the end of the hallway. It was surrounded by heavily armed men who were regarding her nervously. They knew what she was there for. She just smiled.
